The Swig Company seeks additional office investments in the supply constrained, major urban coastal office markets of San Francisco/urban Bay Area, Southern California (Coastal LA Metro Area), New York and Washington, D.C. Typical investment opportunities are those with a value of between $15 and $200 million, with strong fundamentals. Greater emphasis is placed on underperforming value-added opportunities in properties that are impaired or undervalued due to temporary market conditions, weak ownership, management or leasing, and/or ineffective financing. The Swig Company has success with out-of-the-box, complex operating properties and structures, which demonstrate its flexible approach to value creation.
