Senior Vice President, Asset Management

Deborah Boyer joined The Swig Company in 2005 as part of the purchase of Kaiser Center in Oakland, California, where she worked under different ownership entities for 17 years. Deborah is a Senior Vice President in Asset Management at the corporate office, where she manages the company's Northern California portfolio.  Prior to this, Deborah headed The Swig Company's East Bay property management operations, as a General Manager.  In addition to Ms. Boyer’s property management experience, she has a broad background in mixed-use commercial real estate, including hotel development and construction, historic renovation, remodeling of high-rise office buildings, and restaurant and retail construction.
