General Manager, Southern California

Cory Kristoff heads The Swig Company's Southern California property management operations and is the General Manager of ARCO Center, a 460,000 square foot twin office tower in downtown Long Beach, California. Before joining The Swig Company, Cory was Vice President of Asset Management for IDM Corporation and managed the World Trade Center in Long Beach. Cory holds CPM and RPA designations and a California Broker's License.
