Executive Vice President, Asset Management / Director of Leasing

Cory Kristoff is Executive Vice President of Asset Management and Director of Leasing. Cory oversees all functions of asset management for The Swig Company in Southern California including operations and construction as well as leasing for all company-owned properties throughout California totaling approximately 1.8M square feet.  

Cory joined the company in 1997 and has over four decades of experience in asset and property management of institutional commercial office buildings in Southern California. She has extensive experience managing, leasing, repositioning and rebranding large commercial real estate assets such as The World Trade Center and ARCO Center in Long Beach. Her experience has been instrumental in driving asset value for our partners and company-owned office properties totaling over one million square feet of space throughout Southern California including 6300 Wilshire, a 400K square foot class A high rise in Los Angeles and The Arbors at Warner Center, a 250-unit apartment complex sold in 2012.

She holds BS degrees in Business Administration and Business Management, is active in several industry organizations and holds both the prestigious IREM/CPM and BOMA/RPA designations. Cory also holds a real estate brokers license in the State of California. She sits on the Advisory Board of Children Today, a Long Beach-based non-profit providing care for homeless children in Los Angeles County. Cory is based in the company’s Los Angeles office.
