Provident Financial Management provides business management services to a broad range of clients including multi-platinum musical groups, songwriters, producers, touring artists, movie and television actors, writers, and high-net-worth individuals and executives.

Acquired by The Swig Company in 2022, 3130 Wilshire is a six-story, 97,000 square foot creative office building. The property is LEED Silver certified and holds Fitwel One Star, WELL Healthy-Safety, and ENERGY STAR ratings, demonstrating The Swig Company’s commitment to sustainability and wellness.
