The Swig Company Announces New Leases at The Lake Union Building in Seattle

The Swig Company announced the signing of two new leases for approximately 10,000 square feet (s.f.) at the beautiful Lake Union Building, located on the water at 1700 Westlake Avenue North in Seattle’s dynamic South Lake Union neighborhood.
Terrell Marshall Law signed a lease for approximately 7,000 square feet and is relocating from Fremont, Seattle. Terrell Marshall is a public interest law firm focused on complex civil litigation, including class actions and collective actions. Connor McClain and Joe Conner of Colliers represented Terrell Marshall Law.
Mariner signed a lease for approximately 3,000 square feet. Mariner provides a wide breadth of wealth services, including tax and estate planning, institutional cash management, trust services, and personal insurance solutions and investments. Bailey Hallis and Jake Bos of JLL represented Mariner in this transaction.
The Swig Company was represented by Todd Battison and Jeff Huntington of Kidder Mathews in both transactions.
